Times have changed. These bags were originally designed to fit the smallest boats around. That’s not the case anymore. Micro bags are virtually mainstream in today’s boats, which means they will fit quite a few kayaks 8-10’ in length. Think creek boats, play boats, etc. Most of these boats have room for and can definitely benefit from both bow and stern bags. Set up as ‘split’ bags to accommodate center walls. The Micro Set consists of 2 stern and 2 bow bags.
